Upon our arrival Tom was courteous and escorted us to the Nissan altima we had called about the previous day. We were happy about this since the day before we had called a different dealer and made an hour drive only to find out that the vehicl had been sold. S we were happy to drive over an our and have te vehicle waiting for us just like Tom promised. Th loan application process went smoothly and pleasant. I didnt feel like I was shark bait as I have before in other dealers.

I left with everything preped and ready to go with my new Nissan Altima! :o)
