Mr. Gutierrez was excellent! From the moment we walked in Offlease, he was extremely helpful. Oscar showed us a variety of vehicles, based upon the information we had given him. He explained everything in terms that we could understand, and was never pushy. Oscar wanted to make sure that my family was in the right vehicle, not just any vehicle so he could make a sale. He was both professional and polite. We ended up driving off with a wonderful mini van, my wife is so happy. We will definately recommend Offlease to others. We will also recommend Oscar, as his customer service was great.
