Very pleasant guy, very relaxed till the point that looked like he wasnt interested in selling the car.

I went with my wife and two year old son, and was there from 330pm until 845pm. You can imagine my son waiting for those hours and under the rain, NOT FUN and i really didnt know what was happening. Greg was very nice but he was taking care of me and three more clients at the same time, so the service he gave didnt look too personalized and caring, had lots of questions unanswered (and lots of time that i didnt know what was happening and didnt want to interrupt Greg while he was taking care of other customer, not fare for the othre customers) and the car a vw cc had some failures, that they werent able to do anything abt it, they told me if it wasnt a big deal jst wait 30 days until the extended warranty was effective or jst pay it out of my pocket if it was something that could be dangerous, WEIRD they didnt even offer going down on the price.

Although very straight forward with the car they were selling, they showed me the CARFAX and i saw that it was involved in a crash, so they dont hide that, which i thought was very fair.

The money that they gave me for my trade in was below my expectations, but i accepted it.

The place its a bit rundown, really, if they are going to make you wait for more than 5 hours you would expect nice chairs or a lobby, but theres nothing like that.

Resuming: i bought the car and i am really pleasant with the price of it as well, i really like Greg but the problems that i encounter are out of his hands, but if they sold 800 plus cars last month i think they can afford to remodeled the place and get more personel, so you wont be waiting for more than 5 hours

My entire experiance purchasing a car was wonderful at this facility and that experience was made even better with the tremedous customer services that he demonstrated.

Eddy was awesome, friendly, and very patient. I will definately purchase my next car from Off Lease.

My 16 year old was searching for her car and came across the advertisement on Ebay- We looked at what was offered as part of the car and its options and I even showed this to 2 friends in the car industry who thought that there was something fishy with the low pricing- So we agreed to the no hassle pricing- I had the car inspected immediately- after favorable inspection- car was purchased all over the phone and electronic payments. At OffLease I purchased a 2008 328i BMW. This has been my dream car for years, and OffLease had such a wide variety of BMWs to choose from. The car was in great shape. The service was also great. I loved the dealership, Ted greeted us in front, I liked his calm manner, the cars were pulled once I gave him the stock # and it went fast.  What a effective way to drive cars...

I was able to test drive 5 cars in an hour.  Ted was honest about the cars and disclosed a vehicle with a possible accident that did not show up on the carfax report.  Everything went smoothly and I know I am going to love driving my car that was less than it would have been at a Mercedes dealership.

:  THis is the secound purchase I have made here.  The cars are priced extremely well.  THe varity is over the top and if you take your time the car of your choice will turn up on the lot.  They get several cars everyday.  The worst part of shopping here is they do not hold a car or take any deposits.  So when you get here and find your car be ready to buy.
